Davis Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a full-time Licensed
Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join the Adult Mental Health team

which requires proficiency in computer-related skills.
Meeting monthly face-to-face service expectations and
productivity standards is also required.

is eligible for a hybrid base rate salary plus incentive model if

starting annual rate of $70,000 plus credit for years of
full-licensure experience as defined below:

Incentive Payment Option

access to mental health services. Employees who choose to
participate in this compensation model will receive a per service
incentive for all direct service hours provided during each pay
period at the following rates:
· $45 per service for services 49-60 in a pay period
· $50 per services for all services 61 and beyond
Clinical documentation for all services completed during each
2-week pay period must be completed no later than 12:00 am on the
Monday following the end of a pay cycle to receive payment for
services provided during the period. While this program is designed
for clinicians working in an outpatient mental health program,
clinicians who are interested in participating in this program may
develop and present a plan on how they can help improve access and
have it reviewed by their Program Director and the DBH Clinical
Director for approval. Certain positions at DBH may not be approved
for this position due to the nature of their core job and the
essential duties assigned to that position.
