Davis Behavioral Health (DBH) is seeking part-time,
fully-licensed therapists to join its Living Well Clinic, a service
dedicated to providing outpatient mental health services for
privately insured community members of Davis County, Utah. The
clinic is open to children, youth, and adult clients.
As a clinician in the Living Well Clinic, you will have access to:

office space at no expense to you

clinical support staff to schedule and reschedule appointments

participation in DBH’s professional liability insurance

credentialing support to add you to the insurance panels
accepted at DBH

billing support for all filed claims
This position is compensated on a per services basis. Clients
will be assigned based on payer, clinical need, and availability.
Pay Structure
Evaluation
Individual or Family Therapy

$47 per session 38+ minutes in length
No-Show Appointments
-
$25 per scheduled visit (at clinician's discretion)
Preference will be given to candidates who can serve all ages of
potential clients and who are interested in working 10-29 hours per
week to assist in meeting client demand.
The successful candidates may provide up to a maximum of 29
clinical hours per week as a part-time employee based on client
demand. There is no guaranteed minimum hours per week in the Living
Well Clinic.
Hours for the part-time, piece rate positions are flexible with
the expectation to work at least one (1) evenings per week until
8:00 pm or 9:00 pm. Preference will be given to candidates who are
available to work additional evenings to serve clients seeking these
later appointment times.
Davis Behavioral Health is open Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am -
9:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Due to the payment structure of this position and the
requirement for the successful candidate to be paneled with
insurance companies, this position requires full licensure as a
LCSW, CMHC or MFT in the State of Utah.
Davis Behavioral Health utilizes an electronic medical record
which requires proficiency in computer-related skills.
The selected candidate must successfully pass a pre-employment
criminal background check and drug screening. DBH will not hire
individuals currently using illegal drugs or abusing
alcohol; therefore, making employment at DBH conditional upon
successfully passing pre-employment drug screening by providing a
valid sample. Candidates who are offered employment are required to
report for a drug screen at an Intermountain WorkMed location within
24 hours of being requested to do so by the DBH Human Resources Department.
Davis Behavioral Health works with Federal grants and must
comply with the Federal drug laws, including no use of medical marijuana.
Preference may also be given to candidates who are bilingual English/Spanish.
Part-time employees at DBH are not eligible to participate in
the agency's benefits program.
All employees at DBH; however, are eligible to utilize the
